All customizations are free! Every product comes with free setup - that means no hidden decoration fees or surprises when you customize with us. Product prices vary depending on which product you choose.

⊕Do I have to buy minimum quantities?
Many of the products we offer have lower minimum order quantities, but, yes, custom products do have minimum quantities to make sure you get the best deal.
⊕Can I see what my logo will look like on a product before I buy it?
Yes, you can. On the product page, upload your logo or other artwork, or select from ones you've already uploaded. You'll see your graphic rendered on the product.
Better yet, you can share this realistic rendering by saving the product: Create an account, then use the Save for Later button to save the product to your account, with your logo and the color you selected. You can then find it and share it any time from My Account.
⊕ What type of payments do you accept?

⊕When will my credit card get charged?
Your card will be charged when your order ships, not before. When you check out, Staples Promotional Products will authorize the amount, which shows up on your statement as a pending transaction. That charge will not post until we ship the order.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we can not make changes to your order once it goes to production. Please carefully check all your order details before placing your order. Our team carefully reviews all artwork before it goes to production, and you can rest easy that we will contact you for review in the event we need to optimize or otherwise make changes to meet the level of quality you expect from us.

⊕Can I see a proof of my product before it goes into production?
Yes, you can, in real time. The product image is a realistic rendering of the final product with your artwork on it and in the color you select, so what you see in cart is your proof.
Better yet, you can share this proof by saving the product: Create an account, then use the Save for Later button to save the product to your account, with your logo and the color you selected. You can then find it and share it any time from My Account.
⊕What type of logo file formats are best suited for decoration?
For best results, the higher the resolution of your graphics, the better. Our site accepts uploads in the JPG, PNG, EPS, AI, TIFF, and GIF formats (look for the file extensions .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .eps, .ai, .tiff, and .gif).

⊕Is it possible to have logos in multiple locations on the product?
Yes, our products offer two choices of location wherever possible. You can choose either one or both at no additional charge.

⊕Does Staples Promo charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $250 if you create an account with us. Creating that account is simple and quick, and it gives you access not only to that free shipping but also saving the logos and artwork you upload as well as saving and sharing products with others on your team. For smaller orders, yes, we do need to charge for shipping.
⊕When will I receive my order?
We will send you an order-confirmation email message, which includes your expected delivery date. You can also follow your order in My Account.
⊕Can I ship to different locations?
Unfortunately, the complexity of customizing products prevents us from shipping one order to multiple addresses. If you need products sent to two or more different addresses, please put in separate orders.

⊕What is your exchange and return policy?
